Training CPR (Heart and Lung Rescue)

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a life-saving technique that is useful in many emergency situations such as heart attack, near drowning, and cardiorespiratory arrest. Stockholm Medical Office recommends that everyone, layperson and medical staff, take a CPR training/course at regular intervals to keep their knowledge up to date.

It is much better to do something than to do nothing at all. If you’re afraid that your skills or abilities aren’t 100 percent complete, remember that the difference between doing something and doing nothing could be someone’s life.
